What a wonderful night filled with bubbly and buttercream!
This evening, I was absolutely delighted and honored to have the opportunity of attending the sneak peek of Trophy Cupcakes' book launch at Chef Mat Dillon's The London Plane!
It was simply sweet to mingle with co-founder Jennifer Shea and fellow cupcake enthusiasts in the area to celebrate all the hard work Jennifer has put into her bakery business and the amazing success. Trays of mini-cupcakes welcomed guests -- featuring their signature Triple Coconut and Banana Foster as well two new flavors in honor of the launch -- Lavender Creme Brulee and the gluten-free Orange Almond Rose.

As a fabulous party favor, each attendee of the sneak peek was gifted a Trophy Cupcakes and Parties book. I was absolutely ecstatic to carry home my very own copy (signed by Jennifer herself!) and can't wait to try out the recipes at home. I might even use a few of the party decor tips and tricks for my upcoming "Bubbles + Baubles" housewarming party!

Jennifer is such a delight, and I absolutely loved chatting with her on all things Trophy Cupcakes! Of course for you m'dear readers - I had to ask her my favorite question -- What is Jennifer Shea's favorite (kitchen) accessory? "Oh, that's easy," she said. Jennifer's favorite accessory would be her trusted stainless steel KitchenAid mixer -- because it allows for hand free mixing which means multi-tasking!
