And... that means, getting ready for Chinese New Year, a four day weekend (President's Day!) and of course Valentine's Day - the official day to wear all things red, pink and sequins.

Whoever came up with Galentine's Day is seriously a genuis. I love the idea of spoiling the besties with a simple reminder of how much they mean to me. Whether it's a candle, lip gloss or wine tasting on me, my girlfriends all deserve a little something. They've been through the good and bad times with me. Last Valentine's Day, I focused on five valentines for him as a blog swap with Good Girl Gone Blog. This year, I thought why not celebrate your best gal pals? Aside from my family and main squeeze - my girls are the most important people in my life. They've been by my side through thick and thin - listened to my "boy problem" rants - helped me find that perfect "first interview" outfit and more. Whether it's a simple card in the mail or a random snap chat selfie - my friends always brighten my day.
