To all my friends who think I'm a little intense with Crossfit... yes, I agree. I'm obsessed, maybe just borderline cray. BUT I don't think Crossfit is the only way someone can get healthy and stay fit. I have many friends who opt for Barre, Yoga, Running, For The Glow ( a Seattle program) etc. They love it, and I support them 100% as long as they are doing their body good and giving it the exercise it needs.
Sometimes though, we don't even know where to start! And that's the hard part, figuring out which one we want to take and which one our body likes best. Introducing.... ClassPass.
ClassPass is an alternative to a gym membership. It gives you access to the best fitness classes in your city - with more than 1,000 classes available to member including cycling, pilates, yoga, strength training, dance martial arts and more. It only costs $99, and member get unlimited classes to use at participating studios. To note, while you can take as many classes per month, you can only visit the same studio up to 3 times per monthly cycle... But that's still an awesome deal - compared to the $150 to $200+ you'd be paying for just one type of class with the same "unlimited" package.
Where is ClassPass? Currently they are located in NYC, Boston, SF, LA, Chicago, DC and recently... SEATTLE!
