everything looks better with fur

As much as I adore this beautiful warm weather and the fact that my skin is beginning to bronze with just a hint of a sun-kissed glow... I MISS MY FUR VEST.. aka October weather can't come soon enough, and I'm absolutely stoked for fall fashion to hit the pavement.

In addition to the fur, leather is finally resurfacing my closet. As we're in the transition period between summer and fall, leather shorts are a great piece to own. Pairing them with a billowy blouse,  cropped vest and high-heeled booties... umm.. LOVES. When it gets colder, throw on a pair of patterned tights and voila - you're ready to hit the town.

a staple in every girl's closet.. along with leather leggings, of course.

If leather shorts are not your cup of tea... may I suggest a studded leather jacket over a pair of sequined shorts? Glam meets edgy - which is currently one of my favorite styles.

Fall can't come soon enough... as soon as Seattle weather gets back down to its usual 50s -  it's dark nail polish, fur, leather, boot socks and layers!
