The reason for my recent silence on here... non-stop congestion and incessant coughing that kept me up for several days. Thought I could be invincible to the winter cold this year with my fresh juicing, herbal teas and such... well, I thought wrong. The plague got to me. 

But hey, I survived. Extra sleep, homemade soup and fuzzy socks were what the doctor ordered, and boy, did that make this girl one happy camper. 

Cheers to feeling 99.9% healthy again, and can't wait to play catch up, folks.
