Trusting and putting my heart in HIS hands.
Because that's all there is left to do.
There's really no point being scared. You just have to trust and believe that all will be well. No matter what happens. It happens for a reason. It might not be what you expect, but it's probably for the better.
Lately, all of my built-up stress has been unnecessary. After my meditative run on Friday, I have realized ONE important thing: I can only do my best and let Him decide if that's what I'm ultimately supposed to do with everything.
